Submissions to Special Issue of JMVA
5th International Workshop onFunctional and Operatorial Statistics IWFOS 2021

Dear participants of IWFOS 2020 (2021),
a Special Issue of the Journal of Multivariate Analysis (SI JMVA) associated with IWFOS 2020 (2021) will publish papers on topics within the areas covered by the workshop. The period for submission of papers is September 1, 2020 – February 28, 2021. Submission of papers to the SI JMVA is independent of participation at IWFOS 2020 (2021). Anyone can submit a paper to the SI JMVA without participating at IWFOS and vice versa. Manuscripts submitted to the SI JMVA will undergo a regular peer-review process, in which the main criteria are quality and elevance of the topic. The IWFOS co-chairs will act as Guest Editors of the Special Issue.

To ensure that your manuscript is correctly identified for inclusion into the Special Issue, you have to select VSI: FDA option in the Select Article Type step at the beginning of the submission process.

The registration for IWFOS 2021 will be open during October 2020. See the workshop website https://iwfos2021.sci.muni.cz where more information on the organization (important dates, registration procedure, etc.) and program (invited speakers, submissions etc.) will be posted.
